As a result, previous studies were classified into the following seven categories: (1) research on gaps and reality shocks of new nurses; (2) research on stresses of new nurses; (3) research on personal abilities of new nurses; (4) research on factors of adaptation to new nurses; (5) new nursing research on seniors' involvement with craftsmen; (6) research on anxieties and difficulties of new nurses; and, (7) other research on new nurses.
