The analysis theme, which is the perspective of the data, is organized by descriptive contents using the framework of emotional experience and correspondence extracted by the preceding literature review, and the frequency is analyzed. Data analysis is performed by using a mix of deductive content analysis and inductive qualitative descriptive studies. 【Results】1.In the frequency of categories, emotional experiences were [emotions that affect work motivation], responses were most common for individuals’ [rational response], and organizations were the most common [considerations for improving the management system]. 2.Nurses experience conflicting emotions with negative emotions such as feelings that affect their willingness to work and positive emotions of “feelings that want to repair relationships.” 3.Depending on the gender of the nurse and the situation of the place to which they belong, their emotional experience and response may vary., 【目的】言葉の暴力を受けた精神科看護師の感情体験と対応に関する実態について分析し示唆を得る。【方法】言葉の暴力を受けた精神科看護師12名の感情体験と対応の実態をデータとする。データの切り口である分析テーマを先行の文献レビューで抽出した感情体験と対応の枠組みを使って記述内容ごとに整理し頻度を分析する。データ分析は、演繹的内容分析法と帰納的質的記述的研究のミックスメソードで行う。【結果】1.カテゴリーの頻度では、感情体験は【仕事意欲に影響を与える感情】、対応は、個人が【合理的対応】、組織が【管理体制の改善に向けた検討事項】が最も多かった。2.看護師は【仕事意欲に影響を与える感情】などの否定的感情と【関係を修復したいという感情】の肯定的感情との相反する感情を体験している。3.看護師の性差や所属する場の状況の違いによって、感情体験と対応が異なる様相を示す場合がある。}, pages = {1--11}, title = {言葉の暴力を受けた精神科看護師の感情体験と対応に関する実態の分析}, year = {2022}, yomi = {マツバラ, ワタル and ハタ, キヨミ} }
