The previous studies were divided into three categories: needs assessment, actual conditions assessment, and mental support and abuse prevention health. The desire for postpartum care was more common among firsttime mothers, who had different needs. The actual care conditions were narrowed down to breastfeeding and postpartum rest. As for mental health-related issues, it is important to keep in mind (1) the prevention of perinatal mental health problems and postpartum care, and abuse prevention and postpartum care such as (2) relationship with self-esteem and (3) relationship with bonding disorders. This is because it leads to suicide prevention due to postpartum depression and preventing the abuse of one's own child due to bonding disorder. Specific support is available to help mothers regain their confidence through the acquisition of breastfeeding and other childcare skills. By resting, mothers can relax their minds and bodies and focus on their children.
