The purpose of this study is to identify the improvements in student qualities that can be fostered by linking university classes with social contribution projects run by the university. We would like to clarify the educational efficacy and effectiveness of early exposure in the field of education with reference to \"early exposure\" being undertaken in the medical, nursing, and health fields. Therefore, as a preliminary step to the verification of the above-mentioned educational efficacy and effectiveness, this study will delve into the background of the problem of early turnover and reality shock. In addition, the concept of reality shock will also be discussed.
