Under the policy of the late former President Kunihiro Ueda to \"promote evidence-based education,\" we conducted a series of self-assessments, evaluations, and improvements based on the \"Eduinformatics\" method that uses informatics to solve problems in pedagogy. This paper focuses on the inspection, evaluation, and improvement from FY2019 onward regarding the university's efforts to \"visualize academic learning outcomes,\" which were initially planned when designing the first round of reforms of the management of teaching and learning, i.e., scrap and build through data visualization.
