Students were divided into two groups, "cooperative work places" and "non-cooperative work places" based on the awareness of cooperation from the workplace, and the average values of 8 items of "status of report assignments," 10 items of "other learning status," and 17 items of "situations related to adulthood were compared by t-test. 【Results】1 There were 76 valid responses, of which 58 were "cooperative workplaces" and 18 were "non-cooperative workplaces." 2 There was no relationship between the two groups: "status on report tasks" and "other learning status", but there was a relationship in three items of "situation related to adulthood": "the workplace is cooperative in adjusting work", "time has become busy", and "sleep time has decreased". 3 In both groups, the average value of "the workplace provides financial support" was the lowest. 【Conclusion】Consideration must be given to work coordination in workplace cooperation. Aiming to achieve goals amid severe time constraints The learning attitude was suggested., 【目的】学生の学習における職場からの協力の有無と学生生活状況との関連を明らかにする。【方法】質問紙調査を行う。職場からの協力の自覚で「協力職場」と「非協力職場」の2群に分け、学生生活状況では「レポート課題に対する状況」8項目、「その他の学習状況」10項目、「成人期に関連する状況」17項目についてそれぞれの平均値の比較をt検定により実施する。【結果】1 有効回答は76部で内訳は「協力職場」58部、「非協力職場」18部である。2 両群の間で「レポート課題に対する状況」「その他の学習状況」では関連はないが、「成人期に関連する状況」の『職場は勤務調整に協力的である』『時間的に忙しくなった』『睡眠時間が短くなった』の3項目で関連がある。3 両群共に『職場は経済的な支援をしてくれている』の平均値が最も低かった。【結論】職場協力では勤務調整の配慮が必要である。時間的制約が厳しい中、目標達成を目指す学習姿勢が示唆された。}, pages = {108--121}, title = {2年課程(通信制)短期大学看護学生の学習における職場からの協力の有無と学生生活状況との関連}, year = {2023}, yomi = {マツバラ, ワタル} }
