Recurrent education of nursing graduate professionals has been considered in the Department of Nursing at A University. This research is aimed to investigate the trends and needs for recurrent education among graduates, and construct a recurrent educational system at the university. A survey on the need for recurrent education was conducted for all 1310 nursing graduates from 2001 to the present, with a response rate of 20.8%(212). The results indicate wide-ranging need for learning.
