Specifically, the program covered observation training at elementary schools, nursery schools, kindergartens, and social welfare facilities conducted for first-year students of the Department of Childhood Education, Faculty of Education, as well as early experience training combined with the department's own KIT (Kids Inspire Tokiwa) program. The survey was conducted using the survey function Asahinet \"manaba,\" which is used by the University. Most of the students were anxious about interacting with children and their guardians before the training, but a post-training awareness survey showed that their anxiety had improved considerably.
