| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、模擬患者を活用した歯科衛生過程の実習を通じて歯科衛生学生が学んだ内容を明らかにすることである。実習後レポートの計量テキスト分析により、【患者の負担を軽減する配慮】【患者理解を深める口腔観察と指導】【客観的な自己評価】【歯科衛生士の思考過程の共有】の4のクラスターが抽出され、模擬患者を活用した歯科衛生過程の実習の特徴や、学生の学びの特徴が明らかになった。学生は、模擬患者との相互作用のなかで、歯科衛生士として学ぶべき【患者理解を深める口腔観察と指導】と合わせて、患者中心に考える【患者負担を軽減する配慮】といった包括的視点を考える契機になったことが示唆された。また、自己の技術や知識を【客観的な自己評価】をするメタ認知力が高まり、他学生と【歯科衛生士の思考過程の共有】によって、多面的に考察する力が養われ、他者理解、患者理解がより深まることが推察された。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to clarify what dental hygiene students learned through practical training in dental hygiene using simulated patients. Quantitative text analysis extracted four clusters, revealing characteristics of practical training in dental hygiene using simulated patients as well as insights into student learning. The interaction with simulated patients provided students with an opportunity to consider comprehensive perspectives, such as “oral observation and instruction to deepen understanding of patients,” which dental hygienists are expected to develop, and “consideration to reduce the burden on patients” by adopting a patient-centered perspective. Moreover, the metacognitive ability to “objectively self-evaluate” one’s skills and knowledge was improved, and by “sharing the thought processes of dental hygienists” with peers, students cultivated the ability to consider multiple perspectives, leading to a deeper understanding of others and patients. | |||||||||||||||||
