| 内容記述 | 【目的】緩和ケア病棟に入院している終末期がん患者の生を全うする生き方を明らかにし、看護支援の示唆を得ることである。【方法】5名の研究協力者に対し半構造化面接によりデータを収集し、現象学的アプローチによる分析を行った。【結果・考察】生を全うする生き方を構成する【生と死の間で揺れる】【内面にある生きる力を動員する】【これまでの生き方に意味を見出す】【死に抗わず余命を受け止めて生きようとする】【他者とのつながりの中で余命を生きていく】【自分らしく最期を迎えるために時間を費やす】の6個のテーマキーが抽出された。テーマキー間の関連を検討し、終末期がん患者の生を全うする生き方の特徴や生を全うする生き方の看護への示唆が見出された。【結論】新たな知見として、終末期がん患者が残された時間を穏やかに生きることを重視し、他者とのつながりを調整する生き方や、役割やしがらみから自分を解放していく生き方が明らかになった。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 【Purpose】 To explore ways in which terminal cancer patients in the palliative care unit live life to the fullest and to derive insights into nursing support. 【Method】 Data were collected through semi- structured interviews with five research participants and analyzed using a phenomenological approach. 【Resultsand Discussion】 Six thematic keys were extracted that describe how terminal cancer patients live life to the fullest : swaying between life and death, mobilizing inner strength to keep living, finding meaning in their past, accepting their limited remaining time and striving to live without resistance to death, connecting with others, and spending time to embrace personal end-of-life closure. Relationships among these thematic keys were examined, revealing unique characteristics in how terminal cancer patients live meaningfully during their remaining time. Nursing care insights to support this process were also identified. 【Conclusion】 A new insight emerged that terminal cancer patients prioritize living peacefully during their remaining time, often adjusting certain social connections, and liberating themselves from traditional roles and obligations. | |||||||||||||
