Method: Focus group interviews were conducted with five graduates who work as public health nurses in order to organize the classification of the content. Results: The content classification was identified. The content that helped included basic knowledge; assessment, planning, and deployment of home visits during practical training; experience of practical training; the practice of health education during practical training; and nursing research practices. The content that they regarded as insufficient, or for which they wanted enhanced content, included specific planning and training for health guidance, screening for infant development, complex cases corresponding with problems, a variety of cases, the basis for decisions about priority, and communication skills.
