 note = {保育士の職務は子どもを保育することに加え、保護者への支援や地域の子育て支援など仕事は多岐にわたり、保育士に期待されている役割は非常に大きい。保育士資格を取得後は児童福祉施設での就職が可能になるため、あらゆる子ども対する知識や技術を持ち合わせていなければならないが、現在保育士として働いている人の中には、障がいに対する専門的知識が不足していると感じていることがある。そこで、障がい児保育の授業の中で教授する内容を、より現場に対応できる内容にしていくことを研究の最終目的として、A 市公立保育士にアンケートを実施した。そこから現役保育士が障がいのある子どもを保育する際に感じる不安感についてのみ取り出し結果を考察した。その結果、障がいのある子どもを担当する時に不安になったことがあると回答した保育士が70％以上おり、保育士養成校では、障がいの特性により、子どもと関わる際に求められる保育内容や環境構成を考えることはもちろんのこと、不安を軽減できるような授業展開が求められているということ、支援を必要とする子どもを取り巻く人間関係やクラス運営などについても、様々な場面が想定できるような授業展開をしなければならないということがわかった。, The care worker takes care of child both who needs or doesnot need special support.
