Saliva was collected in two methods (Salivette, SaliCap) to measure α-amylase, secretory immunoglobuline(sIgA), chromogranin A, epidermal growth factor. It was easy to collect saliva in both methods. To investigate the clinical application of saliva was also examined correlations in saliva sIgA and nutrition evaluation items.
