 note = {We have investigated how to improve the successful applicants ratio of the national Examination for the Medical Technologists by analyzing individual questions of the 52^<nd> national examination which took place at March in 2006. The points to be improved were discussed from the analysis of correlations between a percentage of correct answers and the qualities such as the relative difficulty of individual question which was evaluated by teachers in charge. The clarified subjects to be improved, either short or long term, are summarized below. I.
