Most evacuation centers for vulnerable people understand the importance of oral health care but it is difficult to perform oral health care because of insufficient care workers and lack of water. We propose that continued professional support starting immediately after the earthquake for evacuation centers for vulnerable people is important in order to prevent disaster-related pneumonia after
