Meanwhile, the need for collaboration between clinical staff and educational faculty in nursing education has become apparent, and attention is being paid to the unification. Therefore, at our university, we set up a clinical practice setting and conducted a practice with our graduates participating as clinical nurses. In order to clarify the effect of clinical graduate participatory practices, a questionnaire survey was conducted with nursing students.
