In the previous paper, we reported on the idea of the educational management reform of our university, which we accomplished through collaborative efforts between academic faculty and administrative staff. In this paper, we review the general education conducted and discuss the design and idea of liberal arts education through collaboration between academic faculty and administrative staff.
