近年、臨床検査技師養成校では、医療技術の著しい進展に対応するために、特に大学においてはその使命の1つである社会貢献という観点からも、リカレント教育へのニーズが高まっている。本研究は、地域医療に携わる臨床検査技師に対する超音波検査に特化した超音波検査リカレント教育プログラムの開発に向けて、その基礎的資料を得るために、超音波検査リカレント教育プログラム(案)に参加した臨床検査技師に対する質問紙調査の結果について分析・検討することを目的とした。その結果、開始時間、講義時間、研修内容や教材については、いずれも8割以上の者から肯定的な回答が得られた。一方、今後の要望として、さまざまな臓器・部位に対する内容、加えてハンズオン(実習)、さらには超音波検査士対策などが挙げられた。 |

In recent years, there has been a growing needs for recurrent education at Biomedical Laboratory Science (BLS) schools, especially from the viewpoint of social contribution, which is one of the missions of the universities in responding to the remarkable progress in medical technology. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the results of questionnaire surveys for BLS schools that engaged in community healthcare, and participated in our preliminary program, in order to obtain basic materials for the development of a sonography recurrent education program for BLS schools. As a result, more than 80% of respondents answered positively regarding the start time, lecture time, training content, and teaching materials. On the other hand, future requests included contents for various organs and parts, hands-on (practical training), and preparation for the qualification examination for medical sonographer. |
