本研究は、同一のテーマに対するデジタル教材とアナログ教材が、学修効果・学修意欲の向上や教育の質の向上にどの程度寄与するかについて明らかにすることを目的とした。クロスオーバーデザインでデータ収集を行い、デジタル教材で学修した群とアナログ教材で学修した群の小テストならびに総括テストの点数を比較した。また、両教材に対する受け止め方・意見・考えを調べるために、25項目の形詞対からなるセマンティック・ディファレンシャル法による質問紙(以下、25SDQ)と自由記述式質問紙調査も実施した。その結果、すべてのテスト結果において、両群間に有意差は認められなかった。25SDQの中央値では「有用な」「満足な」「貴重な」など9項目において、デジタル教材に対して肯定的な意見が認められたが、自由記述では両教材の長所と短所はコインの裏表のような関係にあり、そのためか学びの助けとなった教材については半々に回答が分かれた。 |

The purpose of this study was to clarify the extent to which digital learning materials and analog learning materials on the same theme contributed to providing a convenient environment for students, improving learning effectiveness and motivation, and improving the quality of education. In this study, we collected data through a crossover design and compared the scores of quizzes and general tests of the group that studied with digital learning materials and the group that studied with analog learning materials. We also administered a semantic differential questionnaire consisting of 2 5 adjective pairs (25SDQ) and a free description questionnaire survey. As a result, there was no significant difference between the two groups in all test results. In the median of the 25SDQ, positive opinions were recognized for digital teaching materials in nine items, including, for example, “useful,” “satisfactory,” and “precious.” However, in the free description, the strengths and weaknesses of both learning materials related to one another like two sides of a coin. Maybe due to this, the answer to which materials were useful for students was divided in half. |
