| 内容記述 | 外国にルーツを持つ子どもたちの中に自閉症スペクトラム(autism spectrum disorder, ASD)かどうか判断がつきにくいケースが最近増えている。実情はどうなのか。欧米における移民の子どもでASDを呈するものについて、その有病率の民族差に関する研究をレビューした。さらに国内における、ASDを呈する外国にルーツを持つ子どもたちをめぐる問題を検討した。加えて、ASDと愛着障害の類似性について考察した。結果、国内における外国にルーツを持つ子どもとASDとの関連は、更なる検討が必要であることが確認できた。さらに、その子どもたちの中には、一部に愛着障害が一次的であると考えられるケースがあり得ると十分考えられた。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, it becomes more difficult to determine whether children with foreign origins have autism spectrum disorders. How is their situation? I reviewed studies on ethnic differences in the prevalence of autism spectrum disorders among immigrant children in Europe and North America. I also examined the probrems with children with foreign origins who were thought to have autism spectrum disorders in Japan. In addition, I considered the similar aspect between autism spectrum disorders and attachment disorders. As a result, it was confirmed that the relationship between children with foreign origins in Japan and autism spectrum disorders needs further examination. Furthermore, it can be considered enough that some of the children may have attachment disorders considered to be primary. | |||||||||||
