【目的】看護師の感情体験と対応を手がかりにして抽出した理解の枠組を多層的検討する。【方法】半構成的インタビューによるデータ収集を行い、データ分析は修正型グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチによる分析手法を用いた。分析の視点である分析焦点者を看護師として、分析テーマを言葉の暴力を受けた看護師の感情体験と対応はどのようなものかとした。看護師側の受け取り方の分岐点と多層的観点から捉えた理解の枠組を作成する。【結果】看護師側の受け取り方と「社会」「組織・状況」「個人」という立場からマトリクスを作成し、「社会的問題」「社会保障的立場」「矛盾関係の様子見」「医療専門職」「自己責任論」「自己犠牲的、献身」の6つの枠組を抽出し看護師が体験する言葉の暴力に対する理解の概要を多層的に可視化できた。【結論】多層的検討することで看護師のもつ問題意識は「組織」で抱え込まず「社会」の人々と共有する必要性が示唆された。 |

【Purpose】We will examine the framework of understanding extracted from nurses' emotional experiences and responses in a multilayered manner.【Method】Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, and data analysis was based on a modified grounded theory approach. The focus of the analysis, which is the viewpoint of analysis, was the nurse, and the theme of the analysis was what the emotional experience and response of nurses who were verbally abused. Create a framework of understanding from a multilayered perspective and a turning point in how nurses receive it.【Results】We created a matrix from the standpoint of "society," "organization and situation," and "individual," and visualized the outline of nurses' understanding of verbal violence in a multilayered manner by extracting six frameworks: "social issues," "social security standpoints," "wait-and-see of contradictions," "medical professionals," "self-responsibility t heory," and "self-sacrifice and dedication." 【Conclusion】Through a multilayered study, it was suggested that nurses' awareness of problems should be shared with people in "society" rather than in "organizations". |
