臨床検査業務の多様化に伴い、臨床検査技師の知識・技能の質的向上が社会的にも要求されており、臨床検査技師を対象とした高等教育機関が実施するリカレント教育に対する社会的ニーズは高まってきている。本論文は、わが国の高等教育機関における卒後教育として、臨床検査技師を対象としたリカレント教育の推進と発展に資するために、職場で超音波検査を担っている臨床検査技師を対象にわれわれがこれまでに実践してきた2つの研修(教育)内容を例示しつつ、先にわれわれが公表した臨床検査技師を対象としたリカレント教育に関する予備調査をもとに、わが国の高等教育機関が臨床検査技師を対象として行うリカレント教育について論考したものである。 |

With the diversification of clinical laboratory work, there is a social demand for qualitative improvements in the knowledge and skills of clinical laboratory scientists, and there is a growing social need for recurrent education provided by higher education institutions for clinical laboratory scientists. To contribute toward the promotion and development of recurrent education for clinical laboratory scientists in postgraduate education in higher education institutions in Japan, this paper presents two examples of educational contents that the first author has practiced for clinical laboratory scientists responsible for sonography in the workplace. It also discusses the recurrent education for clinical laboratory scientists provided by higher education institutions in Japan, based on a preliminary survey on recurrent education for clinical laboratory scientists that we had published earlier. |
