研究目的:卒業後1年以上経過した看護師の看護に対する意識を明らかにする。 研究方法:対象は2007年度から2009年度の卒業生574名。2010年5月～6月に質問紙調査を実施した。調査内 容は卒業生の背景と看護に対する意識について質問し、全ての項目に自由記述欄を設けた。データ分析方法 は、背景はエクセルを使用し単純集計とし、自由記述は質的研究分析の方法を用いて意味内容をグループ化し 分析した。 結果:卒業生の多くは200床未満の施設で就業しており、昇格や各種委員会での役割を担い指導的役割を果た していた。看護に対する意識について、卒業生は根拠に基づいた考えや看護実践の変化が最も多く、知識や思 考の深まりによって自信や誇りを持って看護実践に臨んでおり、管理者からもこのことが確認された。 結論:卒業生は看護に対する意識の変化があり、専門職としての意識を向上させ、職場に定着していた。 |

Objective: The objective of the study is to reveal changes of career attitude on nursing of the graduates 1 year after completion of a two-year correspondence course. Method: The study based on the questionnaires administered from May to June of 2010, filled out by 574 graduates from the course (year of 2007 to 2009) The questionnaire asked attitude towards nursing and basic profile of the target, containing each item with free space for qualitative analysis. MS Excel was used for the profile and the comments were analyzed by grouping. Result: The result shows that almost all of the graduates work in hospitals with 200 beds or less as a committee member or a mentor for newly employed nurses. The expectation of the nursing managers for the graduates becomes higher after observing their positive attitude with pride and confidence towards their works. For both graduates and managers, there was a substantial attitude change towards nursing. Conclusion: The result of the study shows that the graduates take a professional role as a registered nurse with higher expectation of their nursing managers. |
