| 内容記述 | 本論は、矢内原忠雄の国家観と「種の論理」で有名な田辺元の国家観との相違を問題にし、根本のところ、その相違が何に基づくかを解明せんとしたものである。矢内原は国家の理想を正義とした。そして、それを形而上学的なものとした。言わば、預言者的視点から現実の国家の批判を行った。田辺は、個人が国家に対して自己を犠牲にすることを道義の第一義とした。そして、国家は自己を捧げるべきものをこの世にもたない、この地上における最高存在とした。地上における神とも言った。だからと言って、田辺が形而上のものに直接した生き方を知らなかったわけではない。田辺や評論家の小林秀雄などは、その思想を世に出す際、自らの精神のレベルを考慮したのである。その点、彼らはそれなりに誠実である。但し、矢内原の言動を、だからと言って、基本的に否定するわけではない。また、但し、矢内原の言動は、少なくとも学問的には問題がある。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Yanaihara regarded justice as national ideals. And he conceived national ideals of the nation to be a metaphysical thing. So to speak, he criticized the actual state based on the prophetic viewpoint. Tanabe conceived it to be the primary morality that individuals have to sacrifice themselves for a nation. And he said that the nation was the Supremacy on the world. It doesn't mean that Tanabe did not know the way of life which touched the metaphysical thing directly. Tanabe took the level of his mind into consideration, before advocating his thought to the society. However, I do not jump upon the speech and the behavior of Yanaihara for such a reason basically. Moreover, the speech and the behavior of Yanaihara have a problem at least from the academic point of view. | |||||||||||
