| 内容記述 | 21世紀は海溝型巨大地震がわが国を襲うと言われている。阪神・淡路大震災で未曾有の被害を受けた神戸も例外ではない。本論は神戸市長田区に居住し,震災の被害を受けた被災者の立場から,巨大地震発生の仕組みと直下型地震との関連,防災対策強化地域の被害想定と取り組み,阪神・淡路大震災の被害の実態と救急救命活動の課題を分析し,到来する巨大地震への対応策(危機管理)を述べたものである。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | It is said that a trench-type severe earthquake will strike Japan in this century. Kobe, the city greatly damaged by Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, is not exceptional. The present paper analyzes from a view point of the sufferers the mechanism of a severe earthquake, the relevance between that mechanism and a Local earthquake, the assumed damage of the area wchich disaster measures are taken, the actual conditions of damage given by Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, the relation between the city and the disaster, and the problems of life-saving activity. The present paper also refers to risk management, measurs to meet a severe earthquake. | |||||||||||
