| 内容記述 | 本稿は1996年に欧州委員会保育ネットワークから討議用の資料として出された「Men as Workers in Childcare Services」(「保育における労働者としての男性」)の翻訳である。木下によるとこれは、EC(欧州委員会)の男性の保育参加に関するワーキンググループのメンバーである、Jytte Juul Jensenによりまとめられ、1995年に発刊されたものである。この資料の内容は、基本的にはJytte Juul Jensen個人、及び男性保育者の増加を進めようとする北欧諸国からの視点で書かれている。前回は「序章」「I.序論:男女同権の保育所」について訳出を行った。今回はその続編であり「II.男性保育者は必要か、否か」についての訳出を行う。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This article is a translation of "Men as Workers in Childcare Services," which was published as a discussion paper by the European Commission Network on Childcare in 1996. According to Kinoshita, the paper was authored by Jytte Juul Jensen, a member of Men as Carers Working Group at [the European Commission (European Union)] [the European Community (presently called the European Union)], and was first published in 1995. It was written from the perspective of Jyte Juul Jensen herself and the Nordic countries trying to increase the number of men working in childcare services. In my last article, I covered "Foreword" and "I. Introduction: An Equal Rights Childcare Centre" , and in this article I move on to "II. Men in Childcare Services, or not?" | |||||||||||
