〈目的〉母性看護学実習において分娩見学ができた学生自身からその時の心境等について聴き、今後の教育支援に活かす。〈方法〉分娩を見学した学生の内、研究協力の同意を得られた看護学科3回生7名に対してグループインタビューを行い、語られた内容を分析した。〈結果〉【】をカテゴリーとする。産婦に対面した直後の学生は【嬉しさ】の反面【不安】や【戸惑い】を感じていた。次第に【分娩の現実】を肌で感じ、どうしたら良いのかと【自問と葛藤】を繰り返すようになるが、指導者らから【実践的な支援】を得ることで産婦に寄り添え、最後は出産と共に【感動】や児への【愛おしさ】に満たされていた。また、【具体的な事前学習】の必要性も実感していた。〈結論〉学生たちは分娩見学を通して自問や葛藤を内包した自己内対話を繰り返していた。これは成長過程として重要であり、教育者は見守る一方、言語的説得を交えた実践的な関わりが必要であると考えた。 |

Methods: The purpose of this study is to analyze students’narratives after observation of child delivery in maternal nursing practice as a part of for learning. A group interview was performed with 7 nursing departments 3 comebacks which could get consent of research collaboration in the observation and the student who practiced. The told contents of the interview were analyzed, and the child delivery period nursing was classified. The results show that students felt things such as “Pleasure,” “Expectation,” “Am I good?,” “Uneasiness and Anxiety,” and “Seriousness of child delivery.” “Asking which has no responses” was piled, and we also assumed “Am I good?” discord to aid to the woman whose term is near one is doing. Discord looks at oneself, and, a student, in the chance when one grows, with practicing concerning by the teachers who included linguistic persuasion is also needed. I partook of an “impression” with a mother and child at the end of the observation and also noticed the “necessity of preliminary learning.” |
