| 内容記述 | 【目的】言葉の暴力を受けた精神科看護師の感情体験とその対応をレビューし、研究の動向と看護師が抱いた感情体験とその対応を明らかにする。【方法】医学中央雑誌Web版を用い、検索用語を「言葉の暴力」「精神科」「看護師」とし原著論文に限定して検索し9文献を研究対象にした。文献の整理と統合にはレビュー・マトリックス方式を用いた。【結果】1.研究の動向は実態調査や看護師の認知、行動などであった。2.感情体験は【只中の衝撃的な感情】【その後に継続する不安定な感情】【自尊心を低下させる感情】【仕事意欲に影響を与える感情】【関係を修復したいという感情】を抽出した。3.対応では個人が【社会規範的対応】【回避的対応】【理解的対応】【合理的対応】【試行錯誤的対応】、組織が【マニュアルの整備】【教育研修の実施】【インシデントレポートの活用】【心のケアが出来る環境の整備】【管理体制の改善に向けた検討事項】を抽出した。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | [Purpose] This study reviewed literatures on psychiatric nurses feeling about and reaction to verbal abuse, exploring research trends, and identifying nurses' emotional experiences and responses. [Method] The study used the web version of Ichushi-Web, a bibliographic database of medical literature, searching for original articles using "verbal abuse", "psychiatry", and "nurse" as keywords Nine a rticles were, extracted as study objects. The review matrix method was used for the classification and integration of the literatures. [Result] 1 The identified research trends included field surveys and assessing nurses'emotions, recognitions and behaviors. 2 Extracted emotional experiences included "devastating feeling during the event", "lingering unstable emotions in the aftermath", "emotions damaging self-esteem", "emotions affecting performance", and "yearning for restoring relationship". 3 Personal responses were classified into five categories: "socially normal response", "avoidance response", "understanding response", "reasonable response", and "trial-and-error response", while organizational responses were also classified into five categories: "establishment of manual", "education and training", "analysis of incident reports", "victim's mental care", and" examination of management system". |
