基礎看護技術における創傷管理技術では、看護学生が基本的な創洗浄や創処置ついての看護技術を修得することを目的としている。看護技術の修得にはより実践的な教育が必要である。看護学生が教科書や講義から知識を得るだけでなく、演習で創傷処置技術が修得できるよう『創傷モデル』が作成された。『創傷モデル』の作成においては〝創傷被覆材が着脱できる〞〝水での洗浄ができる〞〝石鹸での洗浄ができる〞ことを考慮した。『創傷モデル』は臀部注射モデルを土台として利用し、グルーガンとクリアファイル、ホットメルト接着剤を使用し作成した。90人が使用する材料費は60円であった。『創傷モデル』に創傷被覆材を貼付し、石鹸とぬるま湯で洗浄したが、90名の学生が行う創傷処置への耐久性があった。『創傷モデル』は、作成が簡単で安価であり、さらに創傷処置技術を演習する必要な耐久性を備えていると考える。今後、学生の反応など調査し活用を検討していく。 |

The objective of the “wound management” teaching unit of basic nursing techniques is to help nursing students acquire the skills of basic wound cleaning and wound care. Nursing techniques require an educational method based on a more practical approach. Accordingly, a “wound model” was created with the objective of students obtaining knowledge not only through textbooks and lectures, but also through technical practice using the wound model. The model was created considering how “dressing materials can be used on it,” “it can be washed with water,” and “can be washed with soap.” The “wound model” uses the buttock injection model as a foundation. The wound model was created using a glue gun, a clear file folder and a dissolving hot melt adhesive. The necessary expense for 90 students was approximately 60 yen. Using the created model, dressing materials were used and washing was performed with both soap and lukewarm water. The model could withstand the practice of 9 0 students. The wound model was both easy and inexpensive to create. Furthermore, the model had the durability necessary for use in practice. Hereafter, we believe we can survey student responses and use the model in the next academic year as well. |
