神戸常盤大学では、上田國寛学長のもと、2016年からはじまった第1次教学マネジメント改革により2017年度から新カリキュラムの運用を開始させ、2020年度でその完成年度を迎えた。2021年度の現在、教職協働で、第2次教学マネジメント改革として、学修成果の可視化を中心とした第1次教学マネジメント改革の点検・評価、ならびに教育の質向上のための改善を行っている。われわれは、近年、教育と情報学の新学術領域Eduinformaticsを提唱している。本稿では、まず、第1次教学マネジメント改革の点検と評価について述べた。次に、第1次教学マネジメント改革で設定した「ときわコンピテンシー」についてEduinformaticsを用いた新可視化について論じ、それに基づいた「新ときわコンピテンシー」の再考とその可視化、また、「ときわ型テーラーメイド教育」のため、2022年度からスタートさせる新カリキュラム・マップと新シラバスについて論じた。 |

President Kunihiro Ueda at Kobe Tokiwa University started the first teaching and learning management reform in 2016 and introduced new curricula in 2017. The courses based on this curricula were completed in 2020. Now, collaborating teams with both faculty and administrative staff are undergoing a second reform focusing on the visualization of learning outcomes. Recently, we proposed Eduinformatics, which is a new interdisciplinary field. In this article, we use the second reform to check the first reform. Tokiwa competency was constructed by the first reform. First, we checked the Tokiwa competency through new visualization using Eduinformatics. Based on the results, we constructed a new Tokiwa competency and its new visualization. Moreover, to improve higher education suitable for each student at Kobe Tokiwa University, we describe a new map and a new syllabus of the curricula that will start in 2022. |
