| 内容記述 | デイサービス型産後ケア事業に関する研究の動向と課題を明らかにする目的で、文献検討を行った。先行研究は、ニーズ調査、実態調査、メンタルヘルスサポートと虐待防止の3つに分けられた。産後ケアの希望者は初産婦が多く、初経産婦でニーズも異なった。ケアの実態は母乳育児と産後の休息に絞られた。メンタルヘルスについては、①周産期メンタルヘルス問題の発生予防と産後ケア、②虐待防止と産後ケア：自尊感情との関係、③虐待防止と産後ケア：ボンディング障害との関係、を念頭にしたケアが重要であった。それは、産後うつによる自殺の防止と、ボンディング障害による我が子への虐待を予防することに繋がるからである。具体的な支援として、母乳育児などの育児技術の修得により、母親が自信を回復すること。休息により母親の心身に余裕が生まれ、児に気持ちが向けられることである。デイサービス型は時間的制約があるが、工夫次第で効果を上げることができていた。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | A literature review was conducted to identify trends and issues in research on day-care postpartum care. The previous studies were divided into three categories: needs assessment, actual conditions assessment, and mental support and abuse prevention health. The desire for postpartum care was more common among firsttime mothers, who had different needs. The actual care conditions were narrowed down to breastfeeding and postpartum rest. As for mental health-related issues, it is important to keep in mind (1) the prevention of perinatal mental health problems and postpartum care, and abuse prevention and postpartum care such as (2) relationship with self-esteem and (3) relationship with bonding disorders. This is because it leads to suicide prevention due to postpartum depression and preventing the abuse of one's own child due to bonding disorder. Specific support is available to help mothers regain their confidence through the acquisition of breastfeeding and other childcare skills. By resting, mothers can relax their minds and bodies and focus on their children. Although the day-care service had time constraints, it was possible to increase the effectiveness of the program through ingenuity. | |||||||||||
