| 内容記述 | 現在、教育・保育者養成校が抱える課題に、早期離職問題と4年制大学特有のリアリティ・ショックが挙げられる。これらの問題を改善していくためには、医療・看護・保健分野で取り組まれている「早期体験実習」を参考に、教育分野における早期体験実習の教育的効果を明らかにすることだと考える。そこで、本稿は上記の教育的効果の検証に取り組む前段階として、まずは早期離職問題やリアリティ・ショックが生じる背景について、医療・看護・保健分野での文献や実践例をレビューし、新たに開発した教育方法に関して報告する。また、リアリティ・ショックについては概念整理も併せて行う。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | At present, the problems faced by education and childcare training schools include early turnover and reality shock peculiar to that of the four-year universities. The purpose of this study is to identify the improvements in student qualities that can be fostered by linking university classes with social contribution projects run by the university. We would like to clarify the educational efficacy and effectiveness of early exposure in the field of education with reference to "early exposure" being undertaken in the medical, nursing, and health fields. Therefore, as a preliminary step to the verification of the above-mentioned educational efficacy and effectiveness, this study will delve into the background of the problem of early turnover and reality shock. In addition, the concept of reality shock will also be discussed. Thereaftern, pioneering cases of early exposure will be discussed, and the construction of an early exposure program in the Department of Childhood Education, Faculty of Education, Kobe Tokiwa University will be examined. | |||||
