We would like to clarify the educational efficacy and effectiveness of early exposure in the field of education with reference to \"early exposure\" being undertaken in the medical, nursing, and health fields. Therefore, as a preliminary step to the verification of the above-mentioned educational efficacy and effectiveness, this study will delve into the background of the problem of early turnover and reality shock. In addition, the concept of reality shock will also be discussed. Thereaftern, pioneering cases of early exposure will be discussed, and the construction of an early exposure program in the Department of Childhood Education, Faculty of Education, Kobe Tokiwa
