人生100年時代を迎え、生涯にわたり知識やスキルを自主的に学び続けることが不可欠となっている。そこでリカレント教育が注目されている。A大学看護学科でも卒業生を対象とする看護専門職のリカレント教育を検討している。本研究の目的は卒業生の動向とリカレント教育へのニーズ調査を実施し、大学のリカレント教育システムの構築の手がかりを得ることである。2001年に開設した短期大学から現在までの看護学科全卒業生1,310人を対象に、リカレント教育に対するニーズ調査を実施した。その結果、212(20.8％)の回答を得ることができた。学習ニーズは多岐にわたっていたが、学びやすい環境を整えること、卒業生個々の今までの活動を大学に還元できるような仕組みを作っていくこと、母校ならではの"親近感"を感じてもらうことなど、リカレント教育のあり方について示唆を得ることができた。 |

Entering the era of 100 years of lifelong voluntary learning of knowledge and skills has become essential, and recurrent education has gained attention. Recurrent education of nursing graduate professionals has been considered in the Department of Nursing at A University. This research is aimed to investigate the trends and needs for recurrent education among graduates, and construct a recurrent educational system at the university. A survey on the need for recurrent education was conducted for all 1310 nursing graduates from 2001 to the present, with a response rate of 20.8%(212). The results indicate wide-ranging need for learning. Suggestions regarding the ideal of recurrent education were obtained, such as creating an environment conducive to learning, creating a system for individual graduates to return their activities to the university, and feeling an affinity unique to their graduate school. |
