Specifically, the program covered observation training at elementary schools, nursery schools, kindergartens, and social welfare facilities conducted for first-year students of the Department of Childhood Education, Faculty of Education, as well as early experience training combined with the department\u0027s own KIT (Kids Inspire Tokiwa) program. The survey was conducted using the survey function Asahinet \"manaba,\" which is used by the University. Most of the students were anxious about interacting with children and their guardians before the training, but a post-training awareness survey showed that their anxiety had improved considerably. In addition, many post-practicum reflection reports showed that the students had a concrete image of their future as educators and childcare providers, as well as of their professional awareness.", "本稿は、教員・保育者養成課程における職業意識定着と動機づけに結びつける教育方法の開発として「早期体験実習プログラム」の構築を検討し、その教育的効果を検証することを目的とする。教育学部こども教育学科1年生に実施する小学校、保育所、幼稚園、社会福祉施設の観察実習に加え、本学科独自のKITプログラムを合わせた早期体験実習の実施前後で行う意識調査の分析結果から、その教育的効果を論ずる。なお、同調査は本学が利用する株式会社朝日ネット「manaba(R)」のアンケート機能を用いて実施した。その結果、実習前は子どもや保護者との関わりに不安を抱く学生が大半であったが、実習後の意識調査からは、その不安はかなり改善された結果となった。さらに、実習後のふりかえりレポートからも、将来の教育者・保育者像や職業意識を具体的にイメージした感想が多かった。",
