近年、医療を取り巻く社会の変化により医療職者に求められるニーズは高く、看護師の質の保証を考慮した看護教育が望まれている。特に、小児看護における教育環境として実習場所や実習時間の確保が難しく、実習内容の保証に苦慮し、教育の質の保証は困難を伴う。一方、看護教育における臨床と教育の協同や連携の必要性が明らかになり、ユニフィケーションの取り組みが注目されている。そこで本学では、臨床の実習場面を想定し、臨床看護師の卒業生の参加を取り入れた演習を行った。本研究は、卒業生参加型演習が看護学生にどの様な影響をもたらすか明らかにするために、質問紙調査を行った。単純集計やその質問項目間の関係について可視化するため、ネットワーク解析を行った結果、学生は卒業生が参加することで看護師を身近に感じ、臨床看護のイメージがついたり、指導のなかで臨床との違いを体験したり、実習への動機づけになっていたことが明らかになった。 |

In recent years, the need for medical professionals has increased, due to changes in society surrounding clinical care, moreover nursing education that considers the quality assurance of nurses is desired．In particular，the educational environment for pediatric nursing is difficult to secure practice place and time to guarantee content, and guaranteeing the quality of nursing education is also difficult. Meanwhile, the need for collaboration between clinical staff and educational faculty in nursing education has become apparent, and attention is being paid to the unification. Therefore, at our university, we set up a clinical practice setting and conducted a practice with our graduates participating as clinical nurses. In order to clarify the effect of clinical graduate participatory practices, a questionnaire survey was conducted with nursing students. The network analysis showed that the graduates helped the students become familiar with nursing and the students were able to gain some degree of real-life clinical nursing experienced through the practices that motivated them. |
