2016年度より本格的な設計を開始した本学の第1次教学マネジメント改革は、2017年度よりその運用を開始した。われわれは故上田國寛前学長の「エビデンスをベースにした教育を推進する」という方針のもと、教育学における課題を情報学的な方法で解決に導く「Eduinformatics」の手法に基づき自己点検・評価と改善を重ねてきた。本稿では、第1次教学マネジメント改革の設計時には念頭に置いていなかった「学修成果の可視化」への取り組みに関する2019年度以降の本学の取り組みをとおした点検・評価と改善、つまりデータの可視化による教学マネジメントにおけるスクラップアンドビルドを中心に述べる。そしてデータの可視化という本学の経験を踏まえ、21世紀の大学改革における新たな取り組みの1つとして「データ駆動型教学マネジメント改革」を提唱する。 |

The university's first round of the management of teaching and learning reform, which designed in FY2016, began its operations in FY2017. Under the policy of the late former President Kunihiro Ueda to "promote evidence-based education," we conducted a series of self-assessments, evaluations, and improvements based on the "Eduinformatics" method that uses informatics to solve problems in pedagogy. This paper focuses on the inspection, evaluation, and improvement from FY2019 onward regarding the university's efforts to "visualize academic learning outcomes," which were initially planned when designing the first round of reforms of the management of teaching and learning, i.e., scrap and build through data visualization. Based on our university's experience with data visualization, we advocate "data-driven reform of the management of teaching and learning" as a new approach to university reform in the 21st century. |
